The Solano County Chapter of the Links, Incorporated, located in Northern California, was chartered on January 29, 1994. Our chapter helps to enrich the lives of African Americans and other persons of African ancestry through our five national program facets:  Services to Youth, The Arts, National Trends and Services, International Trends and Services, and Health and Human Services.  Our members consists of influential decision makers, corporate executives, entrepreneurs, civic leaders, educators, mentors, and volunteers working toward a common purpose of service.  

The Solano County Chapter is one of 270 chapters of the Links, Inc. and is part of the Western Area which consists of: Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Texas and Washington.
